Created several hundred original multiple choice questions at three levels of difficulty for several clients on many network topics to be used by hiring staff to screen potential candidates for technical positions. The questions created include the following categories:

– Broadband technologies and implementation (xDSL, WiMAX, Microwave)

– Wi-Fi technologies and implementation including 802.11a/b/g/n/ac standards, security, standalone and controller based deployments

– Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, RIP) implementation on Cisco devices

– Voice over IP and Cisco CUCM implementation and principles

– Best practices for network safety and security (physical security, datacenter guidelines, electronic security, firewall principles)

– Switching technologies including VLANs, STP, VTP, LAG, LCAP and 802.1Q
